Nikki treats all types of Sports Injuries and Musculoskeletal problems including: 

· Back pain

· Neck pain & Headaches

· Lower limbs (hips, knees, ankles & feet)

· Shoulder Pain

· Muscular /  ligament & tendon injuries

· Orthopaedic Pre & Post-surgical rehabilitation

· Dry Needling

Nikki qualified with a degree in BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy in 2006 from the University of Brighton, having previously gained a degree in Sports and Exercise Science in 2003. Nikki also has post-graduate qualifications in Dry Needling, Spinal Manual Therapy & Clinical Pilates.  She has worked extensively throughout the UK & Middle East predominately in private practices & sports specific establishments. Throughout her career she has also worked with many elite athletes, including the England Touch Rugby Team, an English League Football Club & more recently the elite runners of the Dubai Marathon.  During her time with the England Touch Rugby Team Nikki travelled with the team on both National & International levels. She was heavily involved in the pitch side assistance of acute trauma & offering musculoskeletal assessments & treatments & on-going rehabilitation post-pitch side.

Although Nikki enjoys treating sport specific injuries & rehab she also likes to treat more common Musculoskeletal Disorders such as back, neck, knee & ankle pain utilising her post-grad Spinal Manual Therapy & Dry Needling qualifications. 

Some of the treatments Nikki provides but are not limited to are joint mobilisations, soft tissue release, massage, kinesio and sports taping, dry needling, spinal manual therapy, clinical pilates  & exercise prescription. 

She is a member of the Health & Care Professions Council (UK) and the Dubai Health Authority.
