Please contact us for more information on direct billing so that we can guide you through the process and what you will need to avail it. Note that in most instances you need to send us a GP or orthopaedic doctor's referral as well as copies of both sides of your insurance card. Once we have received this, we will apply for pre-approval with your insurance.

For all other insurance companies we will provide you with the relevant documentation to enable you to pay and claim. Again, note that most insurance companies will require a referral from a doctor for physiotherapy to avail the pay and claim.
