Physiotherapy Center: Insurances Accepted
Direct Billing
We are pleased to be able to offer direct billing arrangements for physiotherapy for the following networks:

- What it is: The clinic bills your insurance provider directly for the treatment - a Specialist Orthopaedic Doctors referral is usually required for pre-approval.
- You pay: Usually nothing upfront (however sometimes a co-payment is required by your insurance company).
- Best for: Patients with insurance plans accepted by the clinic.
Pay & Claim
- What it is: Patients pay the full treatment cost to the clinic following their treatment session. The patient then submits a claim form to their insurance company for reimbursement - the clinic provides all the necessary physiotherapy paperwork for the submission to the insurance company. Please note however, most insurance companies also now require a Specialist Orthopaedic Dr referral & medical report to be submitted alongside physiotherapy invoice for successful reimbursements.
- You pay: The full amount following the treatment session directly to the clinic.
- Best for: Patients whose insurance requires personal claims or international patients.
Self Pay
- What it is: The patient covers all costs with no involvement from insurance.
- You pay: The full cost of the treatment session.
- Best for: Those without significant insurance coverage or choosing private care.
