Now available at Kuur: The ‘Fit back and bump’ exercise course is an educational exercise program for a fitter healthier pregnancy and start to motherhood. Only 15% of women exercise at recommended levels during pregnancy, up to 80% of women suffer from back and pelvic pain during or after pregnancy and up to 70% of women suffer stress incontinence due to weakened pelvic floor muscles during and after pregnancy. But you do not have to suffer in silence, we can do something about it. Our pre-natal course is best started after week 12 of pregnancy, it includes 4 sessions once a week. The post-natal course can be started after your 6 weeks check-up and will help with a quicker recovery, reduced pain and a flatter tummy.
They are taught by our physiotherapist Jenny Lynch who has been trained when in the UK and teaching them since 5 years.
